What means "higher wolf content than standard dog breeds"? Who checked the wolf content by GSD or other shepherd dogs from Europe?

If we have two dogs with 30% of wolf blood and we make "close" breding (we do not add any other "new" blood) so even after 10000 years of breeding we will have a breed with 30% of wolfblood..

Because the content of the wolfblood by puppies will be:
[30% (from the mother) + 30% (from the father)]/2
