Hmm, you really said this, sorry. And I think some of your statements are also a bit far from reality. To protect the wolves, we all have to hear equally both sides - the grandma with her only cow, as well as the people interested in saving the wolves. Suggestions and help must be provided to both sides, unless it simply will not work.
Try to understand, that when you easily say - grandma can loose her only cow, that´s life; the same way the grandma will say - shoot the wolf, that´s life. For her, it definatelly is.
Something else is, when Norway is decimating their wolves, when they have only two or three pack with few wolves in it. That is a crime. But in a country, where is thousands of wolves, who in tough winter come for people´s livestock, the situation is different.
