I’m sorry if I write you in English, I hope you’ll understand (or somebody will translate for you)
As Valentina already told you, my female Nahani has cardiac problems also, but due to a different reason if I good understand .. she has “sinus syndrome” with “complete atrioventricular block” , that’s why to save her we decided to implant a pacemaker. Now after 3 years she is in perfect conditions (the pacemaker works in place of her heart) and has a life same as before.
I’m sorry I cannot help you…. I hope you’ll find a good cardiologist and a solution to treat Naiko's pathology.
