About female decoy: I already heard some 'protests' because the owners said it is not fair to get a woman because the dogs are used to men and are SHOCKED if a woman try to attack them...

No. It depends mainly from the people and how the dogs are teached/trained. Just compare the results of bonitations made by Sona in CZ and SK with the result made in Germany some years ago:
