No, as I understand there is not, if you want to breed on HD E/E and ED 3/3 you can do that both in Sweden and Finland  At least Swedish Saarloos / CsW club demands HD and ED x-ray if we are to act as puppy agent's, but we can not demand it for breeding yet as are club is not recognised by the Swedish Kennel Club yet...
