I finaly found the thread about Czech champion, I was looking for
 ...and according to this translation from Czech club meeting, a working certificat from SVP1 is sufficient to get title Czech champion  http://www.wolfdog.org/forum/showthread.php?t=8683 So to clear all misunderstandings, I have written an email to ČMKU and are waiting for an answer, which I will post in this thread.
