This is a grand success! Sometimes we're faced with making very difficult decisions, and it seems that Macia had made the right one. I'm sure had it been a more defined, permanent, irrecoverable injury, euthanasia would have been the only alternative. "Life at all costs" does not strike me as the case here, and I'm sure the "cost" is an etirely new story altogether. Congratulations and good luck.
