Do do agree for sure. The point is to intend people to always look carefully at the sources as in the internet world a real problem is "self alimented" informations.

What I read is this story was related here (also the link to the petition):

http://thepetextraordinarium.blogspo...me-of-art.html

Then some days later it was reported as an hoax:

http://thepetextraordinarium.blogspo...d-as-hoax.html

"The story of a dog being starved to death as part of an art exhibition appears to have been falsely reported by Costa Rican newspaper The Nation, according to new sources."

"Juanita Bermúdez, director of the Codex Gallery, stated that he would not have allowed the dog to be mistreated, that it ate and drank regularly, and that it was allowed to escape back to the streets from where it was taken at the end of the exhibit."

So where is the fully truth ? One cannot guess only by reading post there and there.

Also Mirkawolf I'm not sure that signing this petition shouldn't have the opposite effect as the one wanted, giving more "sound or popularity" around these people.

Possibly. It´s terrible idea, that somebody would actually want to be popular in this way! What a sick idea.

I received this e-mail from my colleagues at work, it is apparently rotating all over the European Commission, people are horrified. I tried to help the dog (or dogs that might follow), I definatelly do not want to support the idiotic "artist".
I passed the message about the possibility of this being hoax along to my colleagues.
