Well, if it is who I think it may be - he lied
His wife has just posted on FB that the male is
going to be neutered (no indication of when), yet he stated that this had already been done.
Why can't people be honest and open in their dealings with breeders - it is no wonder that the suspicion lingers over enquiries from the UK
