Default Summer camp 2010 Slovakia - Havranovo

Summer training camp of the Czechoslovak Wolfdog Breeder’s Club Slovakia.
(Cottage Havranovo – Belianska valley, Great Fatra)
(7 – 15. 8. 2010)

Dear KCHČSV SR members, breeders, owners and friends of Czechoslovak wolfdog!
The summer camp of the KCHČSV SR is approaching quickly and we are glad that it is also popular among the breeders and owners of our beautiful wolfdogs from abroad.
We are very happy that the Czechoslovak Wolfdog is gaining popularity in Slovakia as well as abroad and that the new owners are interested in training and showing their dogs, and attending meetings where they present their pets.

The summer training camp takes place this year on August 7 to 15, 2010 in the beautiful locality of Belianska valley in Great Fatra.

The accommodation is provided at the Cottage Havranovo, where you can choose from four types of lodging: in the main cottage, in three smaller cottages Alpina, in small lodges (where the dogs are also allowed) and in your own tents.

Main cottage: 7 €/person/night (toilet, bathroom)
4 bed rooms
5 bed rooms
6 bed rooms

Cottage Alpina: 6 €/person/night (toilet, bathroom, kitchenette)
Ground floor: 2 bed room
Upper floor: 2 bed room
3 bed room
5 bed room

Small lodges: 5 €/person/night
4 bed rooms

Tent: 2 €/person/night

Meals:
Meals are served in established time in the dining room of the main cottage.
Adults: half board – 8 €/person/day
full board – 11 €/person/day
Children: half board – 5,60 €/person/day
full board – 7,70 €/person/day

Important notices !!!
The meals have to be planned at least 2 days in advance (ideally in advance for the whole stay).
The cottage offers a snack-bar, but without hot meals.
The closest village is 9 km from the recreational area.
The electricity is available only during night time.
There is no telephone nor mobile phone signal in the area, the closest signal is around 6 km from the cottage.

You’ll get to the Cottage Havranovo by getting off the main road between Martin and Turčianske Teplice, in the village of Košťany nad Turcom, direction of Belá - Dulice. The village Belá – Dulice is a starting point, at the end of the village is an access into the Belianska valley. 9 km down the road is the Cottage Havranovo and the recreational area.

In the recreational area, large shack with a big fireplace for barbecue is available for the guests. There is a smaller fireplace with sitting by each cottage Alpina. The recreational area includes football, netball and volleyball sport grounds. Around the lodges there are enough trees for tethering the dogs.

During the summer camp we will have interesting competitions and training, two day-long tours (on August 9th and 12th), and various lectures. The summer camp includes two major events: the general meeting of KCHČSV SR (Aug 13th) and Youth presentation and Bonitation (Aug 14th), which will be held at the end of the week.

Veterinary conditions:
Every dog has to have pet passport with valid vaccinatons against rabies, distemper, parvovirus and hepatitis, not older than 1 year or newer than 21 days.
