The owner of the affix " lupus Ibericus " Carlos Antonio M. C. de Alhama (Murcia) tries by means of constraints and threats not to send a paper necessary for the ownership of the microchip and says that I have STOLEN your dog (I have a contract from the puppy and pay )

My dog due to a bad attention on the part of this new breeder, is dragging several diseases and a sister who went away to France died a few days ago.
