First of all please forgive me if i write in english on czech forum, but as margo does it in english often on italian one...why not!!
I don't think i am misunderstanding you if i think you are stating that on bonitation in reggio emilia Anna simackova and Jindrich Jedlicka gave a P1 to a dog with 118 index format.
If I understood well, i repeat (because I ALREADY TOLD YOU SO) that it was a typing error.
In fact you were not in reggio at the time (neither were i) but I know almost all of those dogs, and none of them look like a train (or like the funny photo you mention!!)
I trust the two judges to be experts and to have such knowledge of our beloved breed even more than Margo herself, so that they would NEVER give a P1 to a dog with 118 index format, surely must be a mistake!
In fact, if you make such strong statement, please let me know which of the dogs of the bonitation you are referring to.
I put a list of dogs with their code, height and length if they had 118 index format.

By the way, My oliver is 72-3 cm tall (approx) and around 75-76cm long.
I KNOW for sure that the dogs mentioned are NOT as long as my dog...so they cannot have 118 index format.

it is WRONG to suppose that a typing mistake is less probable than those 2 judges to make such a big mistake...depending of course on what you want to prove!!
