I think there was one litter in France with 13 ... but i don't remember from who ?

Ar'wan MLS X Althea 7 loup cie had got 11 puppies alive (until 6 weeks, then 5 died from leptospirosis ...) for the first litter, and 10 puppies in the second one.

The huge litters by "wolfish" CsW are sometimes caused by 'good luck'.

... or methods, technics and means available can explain also some case
