Can a wolfdog "handle" heavy rains (re: typhoons)? Anyone experienced working they CZ wolfdogs under heavy rains? I know they can handle SNOW.

I hope that in the case of a typhoon the dog wouldn't be outside!
![]() As for walking in heavy rains, Luna likes it about as much as we enjoy being in the pouring rain (not much) but she loves to run, splash, and pee in the puddles.

I have here two very different dogs in such conditions, Oskar wich LOVES rain, strong wind and terrible weather conditions, and Iran wich act like if he was made of sugar.. if rains he nor even wants go out for a pee. ![]() But.. I strongly wish that you will never need to work with your dog in the middle of a typhoon ![]()

Oh yes, its just occassional. As I have said, its just to "habituate" them in situations like that. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, Can you tell me which dogs live in Israel?
It could be found through a wolfdog.org? I ask because the owners of a puppy from my kennel moved there, and I have no idea how much wolfdogs are there. |
