I know this reply is 3 years late

but as a reference for anyone in the US facing similar problems, the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog is a breed accepted into the AKC Foundation Stock Service, and I would think that would help a great deal in proving legally that your CsV is a DOG not a wolf hybrid. A vet's ignorance of the breed should be no excuse for a dog to be mislabled!
