About kennel De Louba Tar was just many words written and said. Its always the choice of people, where buy the puppies. I always say, choice the reputable breeder, not the biggest, most famous or nearest ... Best way is ask by official breeders clubs. Reputable breeder in first row keep the breeding rules of countries of origin (see http://www.wolfdog.org/eng/articles/96.html). Of course not all registrated breeders are serious breeders, but buying puppy by someone, who dont keep the basic breeding rules, is the hight risk always.
