In my country there are much persons that want to defend it - REALLY!!!

by the way, it'is a challenge ... but i hope that the true (about this argoment) is near!
we - the italian people - want it!

unfortunately we need concrete tests otherwise is not possible do nothing!

Ich glaube and diese Rasse und liebe sie so sehr.
In meinem Land gibt es wirklich viele Personen die die Rasse verteidigen wollen!
Neben her gesagt ist es eine Herausforderung aber ich hoffe das die Wahrheit (über diesen Streit) bald herauskommt!
Wir - die Italiener - wollen es!
Unglücklicherweise brauchen wir konkrete Tests sonst können wir nichts tun!
Nun sieht es so aus als ob niemand welche hat.

I am sorry I did get you wrong, I did understand you fight for Sangria not for the breed.
As I allready wrote on the English forum as far as I know it is possible to proof that there is a Northamerican Wolf crossed in, what would proof the Alaska-Story is a lye. It should be possible to force the ENCI to order this test. In Italian law too Sangria wouldn´t be seen as a dog but as a hybrid which is forbidden to breed and needs permission to keep if you could proof she is an Mutara.

in my country it is necessary to have the concrete prove.
in Italy the story of sangria is known, but without tests is dangerous to accuse, you can take a statement ....

and so, for these reason nobody talk!

Gut, jetzt verstehen wir uns!!!
In meinem Land ist es notwendig konkrete Beweise vorzulegen.
Die Geschichte mit Sangria ist in Italien bekannt aber ohne Test ist es gefährlich Anschuldigungen zu erheben, (Rest verstehe ich nicht so ganz, ich denke sie meint man kann rechtlich belangt werden)
Und aus diesem Grund redet niemand.

The Slowakian Club intervened with the FCI when the Mutaras were registered in the Czech Republik. All Mutaras have been removed on FCI-Level and are not allowed to be registered again. The Slovakian Club knows about the Italian Problem and tryes to intervene with the FCI again. The ENCI can´t break FCI-rules. So in your case I would try to reach the FCI and if you openly talk and accuse and it comes to a law problem they have to give you the opportunity to proof your statements.
Maybe some of you should talk to a lawyer specialised on that about it.

Der Slowakische Club weiß von dem Italienischen Problem und versucht wieder die FCI einzuschalten. Der ENCI muß sich an die FCI Vorgaben halten.
Deshalb würde ich versuchen direkt and die FCI zu gehen und außerdem denke ich das wenn öffentlich geredet und Beschuldigungen erhoben werden und es zu eine Rechtsstreit kommt (da habe ich einen falschen englischen Ausdruck komme aber nicht auf den richtigen) muß die Gelegenheit zum Beweis der Behauptungen gegeben werden.
Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll wenn sich einige an einen spezialisierten Rechtsanwalt wenden würden.
