I fully agree to that
Living by the countryside is no proof of better behaved and well socialised dogs. In my opinnion do dogs need their "time of quality" by beeing trained and socialised to others. Wide areas of land might be of advantage in addition to that, but I do think "city people" may be more observant of the dog's basic need as mentioned above.
