Michael, are you sure somebody has asked them to do something? Such organizations rarely act at their own inititive! They need formal requests which could give them a reason to act.

Should your Kennel Club act reasonably, appropriatly and FAIRLY, also towards owners and breeders from other countries, followed the rules and mission the FCI, you'd probably have no reason to ask...
