Clubs ( European winner - France 2002)

Right too, but we are so far from an independant CsV breeding club in
France (need to exhibit 50 birth per year for a club...).
Philippe
It's not that bad - you just need two big breeders and you have your club
:))) Here in Poland we need 100 (!) members to form a CSV club. It's mean
from the beginning our club must be bigger than clubs in the countries of
origin!! ;))

Margo

Just another comment about the European Dog Show : I hoped to see some of
you, czech and slovakian (dutch, german, polish...) breeders, showers,
owners or lovers, and there were just french, dutch and italian people...
I was a few disapointed!
Philippe
I was almost sure we will be there. But "thanks to" our Jolly we had to
change our plans.... :( And yet I hope there will be other chances to meet
us. Are you going to the World Dog Show in Dortmund next year?

Greetings,
Margo

====In France they can,I think they have there own breedingstandaard
;-))))

Maybe ;) But so far I had only very good experiences with French judges....

====I now,but I think a good breeder of a Wolfdog don't breed for
winning a show.
Gr. Christa
Yes and no ;) Good breeder will not pay attention to such results and he
will keep on working and breeding beautiful animals.
But (small example): a breeder tells someone he is breeding wolfdogs like
written in the standard (and this is true). But this person (maybe someone
looking for a great CSV for shows and breeding) is not a judge - just normal
dog owner. He visits dog shows and sees the dogs of this breeder are still
losing. The winners are dogs from other kennel. With 99% the future CSV
owner will come to a conclusion the "good" breeder is just a liar because on
the dog show judges are comparing dogs with the breed standard and if the
dogs are still getting the note "very good" or "good" they can not be nice
CSVs. And he will buy a dogs from the winning kennel....

Margo

Hi Margo,

if anybody buys a dog just because the parents won a lot of titles and hasn't got
a clue if the exteriour and behaviour of them is standard-like, they haven't
informed themselves very much. And if they haven't done this, they wouldn't get a
dog from me.It's as simple as that.

:D We do not talk about elite, Michael :) You know even some breeders of
many
years standing do not know breed standard well ;) And so far bonitations
took place only in Czech Republic and Slovakia. In other countries dog shows
should fulfil this role. And the judges should be those that estimate the
work of the breeders...
Now we are talking about "beginners" and that first wolfdog is for 99% a big
mistake ;)))

Margo

Hi Michael,
Margo says absolutely true. You cant imagine, how many questions we get
by email from people, which want to buy a wolfdog and never before seen
any our dog. And that are a titels generaly for such people important,
you can see how many "title hunters" we have in our CsW family. Why ? If
you see the most announcemets for puppies, then in first row is always
accent all titles of parents. I never seen announce with e.g. bonitation
results :o). Its very sorry, but its a reality.
And try to ask owners of CsW, if seen before buy a puppy anybody from
parents. I beg leave to stay, that more than 50% of owners never seen
the parents before buying and some never seen the father of puppies. Its
reality as well.
And on other side, how many owners of studs interesting about puppies
from the male (and I dont speak, that they randomly seen the puppies on
some meeting or show) ? Do you know some such owner, they have a
regulary contact with the puppies owners ? I know, but it are a very
sporadic cases.

Have a nice rest of day

Pavel
