I'm sure you have alot of experience with your wolfdogs living at cages. ;)

Hi Paula,

a lot of these crazy wolf hybrid breeders use wolf pictures to attract future puppy buyers.
The more they look like wolves and the higher the content, the higher the price.
You cannot trust any of them. It's a business. And sometimes weird Indian and wilderness romantic.

Best regards,
Michael

If you don't know is even difficult for zoos take pure wolves.

That is not Kizzy on the Cottonwood website

Bugle 16-12-2008 23:43

Apologies - I meant to say Cypress Creek website

Bugle 16-12-2008 23:55

The picture of "Kizzy" on the Cypress Creek website link is not the same Kizzy that I know. The legs are not the same, nor are the ears, or the muzzle. Coat is completely different too.

The "wolf" of the photo isn't Kizzy but a brother or sister of her, borning at the same litter as the proper site say.
Even by the photos she seems be different of her sister/brother.

Just another something like F2-F4 cross.

O yes she is ... pure 100% wolf.
As you may know wolves trade is under CITES-1973 regulation (and in the UE by the CE 338/97)

So what happened to the pups of Kizzy's litter.
Did you keep them all?
If the reason for this litter was "research", the "research" should be most probably not finished yet. So what's going on?
They are 7-8 months old.

Michael

Yes, and no... Some people broke many regulations and hidding the real information they registered them. But all this crossings (3 dogs) has been banned by the Czech CzW Club.
Sure after it one of the crossing has been registered in the biggest Italian kennel and the breeder registered it as "CzW" and breed with this dog but ALL offsprings of these dogs are banned by the Slovakian CzW Club - the breeders in the country which is patron of the breed. There are so many cheats which call themself "CzW bredders" but register and breed dogs which are NOT Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs. And some Kennel Clubs allow registering mixes (not only canadian wolf mixes but also husky-german-shepherd dog-something mixes and Saarloos mixes) the breed club in the origin country want to achieve so that at last in Slovakia there will be only PURE Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs. And so far I know Czech CzW Club will join them too...

As far as I understood didn't Nebulosa mean the wolves, she was talking about dogs. Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs in that case.
How many wolves and what kind of wolves live in your wolf park anyway, and whereabout is the park located?

Michael
