some times ago the same italian "salesman" asked 3000 euro for a puppy to a veterinary interested in breeding...the stud was the son of the "dog disqualified in bonitation"...

The veterinarian's answer should be:
-"Sorry man, I don't want to buy whole litter. I just want to buy ONE puppy"

Ehm....
I am also a salesman, it's my job.
If I do not want to sell something to someone (for a reason which I decide), all I have to do is politely ask for an IMPOSSIBLE price, knowing nobody would accept this level, instead of saying "sorry, no , I will not give you my stud"
I spoke to my "colleague" and he confirmed this to me in several occasions.

And this seems to be an example of intercultural misunderstanding : I doubt if any of the US, Canadian or Scandinavian customers could understand why you wouldn't tell them explicitly that you prefer not to sell the puppy 'under current circumstances' instead od rising its price to an absurd level They would probably take your declaration literally, and claim you were irresponsible, 'greedy' breeder....

I don't blame anybody for anything, just want pinpoint the differences in which people SOVE THEIR PROBLEMS.... Such differences surly must appear from time to time in such an international community

Hello from Belgium,

I agree with Pavel.
Do you know that in Belgium we have to pay 21% of the price to the state!

When I had 5 puppies of my german sheppards, I only asked 250 euro because a long hair gs can not have a pedigree fci. With pedigree they ask 600 euro. But all the puppies are take care of at the same way.

Greatings

mmm...we are speaking about a puppy, not a mount....but don't try to justify him : he is a salesman instead of a breeder, and he always at first time looks at your face (your work, your car, your clothes ) and after that he decides the price of a puppy

he sell the puppies at 40-45 days but with different prices among the same litter. Why ? At 45 days is impossible to determinate who is better or who is worser.
Because he always find one or two silly people who give him a higher price for the "Son of the Champion"
