More sad times for the Vlciak in the US. The Czechoslovakian Vlcak Club of America is trying to save the life of Polo od Uhoste, an 8.5 year old castrated male, from a homeless animal shelter in Arizona. He has been living there for one month, and is in danger of being euthanized (killed). Our club plans to bring Polo to Colorado, where he can be evaluated for health and temperament, rehabilitated and kept safe until he finds a new and loving home. We have started a fund to assist with his transport, and care until he finds his new forever home. Any unused funds will be maintained for future rescues of the Czechoslovakian Vlcak in the US.
