Toto podla mna znamena ze pes musi byt registrovany v plemennej knihe alebo plemennom registri. Nehovori to nic o jeho chovnosti. Cize ja by som to chapala tak, ze pokial to predpisy v jej zemi nezakazuju, tak Hronom kryt moze.
